How long will my order take to arrive? 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–4 business days. As we are still a small business and operate outside of our founder's working hours, we appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this timeline.

If you are located within Australia the current shipping methods are available:

Express Post $15.00 2-3 Business Days 

Standard Post $10.00 5+ Business Days

If you're in Perth and need your order urgently, feel free to DM or email us to see if we can arrange a local pick-up.

 

Do you Ship outside Australia?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have two international shipping options available.

Australia Post/USPS service Express $30 8+ Business Days

DHL Express $50 5+ Business Days

 

Please note that customs duties and fees for your country are unfortunately beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If you choose to refuse or reject delivery due to customs fees, a return fee of $40 AUD will be deducted from your refund or store credit. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and related charges.

 

Can I exchange my item or get a refund?

Yes, you can exchange your item for another or receive a store credit. We do not currently offer refunds. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@moneteswim.com.au with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST ORDER #.....". Once we've reviewed your request, including the reason for return, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed if approved.

Return Conditions:

  • No returns on FINAL sale items. (This does not include discount codes or sale periods such as Cyber Sale etc)
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and hygiene liners intact, free from any odors (including perfumes), and in the original garment bag.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days for store credit or exchange.
  • As a small swimwear-based business, we do NOT offer refunds.
  • Mon Ètè reserves the right to decline returns. If a return is rejected (e.g., for a worn item), it will be sent back to you at your expense.
  • For items purchased with a discount code, credit will reflect the price paid. Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item.

 

 

The item I want is sold out—will it be restocked?

At Mon Été Swim, our collections are limited and exclusive, so once an item sells out, it’s unlikely to be restocked. We encourage you to act quickly when new collections drop to avoid missing out! Keep an eye on our social media @moneteswim for updates and plenty of notice about upcoming releases.

 

Im a bit confused with sizing Im usually a 10 what size should I buy?

Everything is true to size unless stated otherwise in the items description

An extra small is a 6, small an 8, medium a 10, large a 12 & extra large a 14. If you are still confused our DMs and Emails are ALWAYS opened to help!
